David Grimmett is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of legal experience trying cases throughout Tennessee.  David founded the law firm with the mission of helping property owners overcome the disadvantages presented when insurance companies delay, deny and defend insurance claims.

David always wanted to be a trial lawyer since he was in middle school.  He was involved in mock trial in high school, college and law school where he won numerous awards including the national championship for sports law in law school.  David tried his first trial two weeks after passing the bar and he has tried over 1,000 cases since that time.

David loves helping other members of the bar by teaching seminars to both judges and attorneys throughout the state for the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, and Administrative Office of the Courts.  David has served as chairman of the Nashville Bar Association’s Juvenile Court Bar and the Tennessee Bar Association’s Administrative Law Section.

When he is not in the courtroom, David loves being at home with his wife and daughter.
